These terms govern your use of the website vestrovia.online, operated by Black Shark s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, Staré Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, company registration number 07666985, VAT CZ07666985. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

1. What this site is

vestrovia.online publishes editorial articles about consumer software. It is an information service. We do not sell anything, take no orders and process no payments. Nothing on this site is an offer to contract.

2. Information, not advice

The content is general information written for a general audience. It is not professional security advice, legal advice or financial advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances, your threat model or your equipment. Decisions about which software to install remain yours. For an assessment of your own situation, consult a qualified professional.

3. Accuracy, and the vendor’s precedence

We take reasonable care to be accurate and we say plainly when something is uncertain. However, software features, tier composition, allowances, prices, promotions and contract terms are set by the vendor and change without notice. Where anything on this site differs from the vendor’s own current information, the vendor’s information prevails. Always read the vendor’s product page, licence terms and privacy notice before subscribing.

4. Commercial links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you follow one and subscribe, Black Shark s.r.o. may receive a commission from the vendor. This costs you nothing extra. 5. Purchases are made with the vendor, not with us

If you buy a product after following a link from this site, the contract is between you and the vendor alone. The vendor is solely responsible for the product, for delivery, for billing, for renewals, for cancellation and refunds, for support and for statutory warranties. Black Shark s.r.o. is not a party to that contract, cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf, cannot issue a refund and has no access to your account. Direct all such requests to the vendor.

Links to third-party sites are provided for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their data practices. Once you leave this site, the privacy and cookie policy of the site you arrive at applies, not ours.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for others, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site is provided as it stands. To the extent permitted by law, Black Shark s.r.o. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Czech law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for harm to life or health, and nothing limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Availability and changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change the site and these terms; the version published here with the date above is the one in force. Material changes to the article itself are described in its corrections section rather than made silently.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence are unaffected. Because this site sells nothing to readers, no consumer sales contract arises between us; if you nevertheless wish to raise a complaint about the site itself, write to info@vestrovia.online and we will reply. Complaints about a purchase must be addressed to the vendor you bought from.
